Unexpected Visitor

Normally after feeding the birds in the garden, there are flocks of chickadees, nuthatches, finches, woodpeckers and flickers, but yesterday morning, the garden was strangely silent. It was no surprise when a very unexpected but welcome visitor arrived. She looked right at me when she heard the shutter.

  1. Great shots Bill!

You're so right, if you work near a window, at some point you will notice how all activity ceases and it gets very quiet and then the mystery is usually revealed, a hawk, coyote or bobcat in my case.
